Contact form: identity, e-mail, phone, message. Application: civil status, family and professional situation, motivation, documents (ID, birth certificate, photographs, CV). Anonymised visit log (pages, actions, device) to follow up files and improve the site.
Purposes
Instruction of membership applications, secretariat replies, legitimate follow-up, security (unique file, abuse prevention). No commercial transfer.
Retention and rights
Files are kept for the duration of instruction then archived according to the obedience's legitimate needs. To access, rectify or request erasure: contact@gldci.org.
